CANAPE' TARTUFATI AL FORMAGGIO
Truffled Canapes with Cheese
Ingredients |
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano®
1/4 cup sweet butter
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons white truffle paste
12 slices of toasted bread, 1/2 inch thick, 3 to 4 inches wide
A pinch of black pepper

Preparation |
How to make the Truffled Canapes with Cheese:
Put the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to a cream like consistency.
Use as a
dip or spread on slices of toasted bread cut into triangles
