Red Grapes Pudding

   Ingredients

3 lbs. red wine grapes
flour
sugar

   Preparation

How to make the Red Grapes Pudding:

Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Put the grapes in a large pot (not aluminum) and cook over low heat, stirring until all of the grapes have popped. Sieve the pulp through and cool. Weigh the grape juice to allow flour to be exactly dosed. Add sugar to taste.

Put 1 tbs. flour for each 4 oz. of grape juice. Add the flour to the grape juice, whisking constantly. Continue to cook over a low heat for 5-6 mins. Pour into small molds dampened with water. Let cool and set. Unmold the suc on dessert plates and serve.

Note:
You may add a desired sauce under the pudding.
